1. Raise A Support Ticket
If you would like to raise a support ticket with us, you can do so through your Gamban dashboard by clicking "Raise a support ticket" in the right-hand column.
You can contact our support staff by using our contact page to speak to one of our experts.
2. Live Chat - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT, Monday - Friday. 8 am to 4 pm GMT Saturday - Sunday.
To access Live Chat, please head over to your profile page and after logging in, select the "Support" button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
3. Contact Gamban (Enterprise)
If you would like to contact Gamban about something that isn't technical support related such as sales and services or press you can visit our contact page to send us a message.
Please note: Our staff are not trained to deal with addiction support or recovery for gambling losses or ongoing addiction treatment. Our staff are here to help with technical support and account management for Gamban products and services only.
