Reporting incorrectly categorised domains

In most cases, the issue is not that the site is unblocked. Instead simply that you need to clear your internet browser cache, as the site is stored locally on your device. 

In the event that you come across an unblocked domain, please drop us an email at info@gamban.com and state the domain. Then we will review the site and if necessary add it to our blacklist, once added it will sync with your system in minutes. We strive to block each and every gambling site but every now and again one may slip through. 

We aim to solve these request types within 2 hours during our business hours (9-5) Mon-Fri.
