How can I report an incorrectly categorised website and/or application?
Our constant endeavor is to prohibit access to all gambling sites; however, with the creation of new domains on a daily basis, a few may evade our automated blocking system. If you encounter an accessible gambling website or application during your protection period, there are several ways through which you can report it. Reported domains and applications are usually blocked within a matter of hours.
Gamban Website
Reports can be submitted directly via your Gamban profile page. Once logged into your profile, simply scroll down to the bottom of the Dashboard page where you will find "Report an unblocked website" and "Report and unblocked app" buttons.
Gamban iOS/Android App
Blocking requests can also be submitted via our Android and iOS apps. To do so, simply open the Gamban app on your device, then select "Report an unblocked site or app".
